Sorry to post something on this blog but anyway you can add this as extra info:
I don't think there are any public buses to OCC but there's a shuttle bus that goes from YISHUN MRT station BUS STOP to OCC approximately every 45 minutes.
For those with no cars or don't want to cab eh?
